Amazing!!!
All I can say. That's it!
Well not quite but that about sums it up. Arranged for a visit and a tasting over the internet. Drove up a few minutes late but ok. One of the owners Phillippe have met us at the door and stated pouring from there most basic every day champagnes to the Grand Crus to the special productions of 4 Nuits, which if I have to classify it is actually Red rather than Rose, but still amazing. The Champagnes unlike other producer Roger Brun indicates the grape breakdown in the champagne so if you are like me and acidity of Chardonnay is actually not a good fit you can select productions with no Chardonnay (like Blanc de Noir) or with less Chardonnay, so you taste more fruity/flowery notes of Pinot Meunier or Pinot Noir.
Overall amazing experience just don't forget to eat something before the visit because the tasting will give you a health helping of various champagnes! read more
