While visiting Chateau-Thierry, the ladies decided to take a tour of the champagne caves. There are 2km worth of caves used to store & perfect the champagne. The cost for the tour was £12 & they offer tours in both English & French. Our tour guide was very friendly & the staff overall was very helpful. The tour lasted roughly an hour by the time you do the walking portion, watch a video & sample a glass of champagne. It was an interesting tour & I recommend a visit if you are in the area. read more
