NOBODY answered the phone the first time...HVAC contractors as well. Well, eventually, they answered the first time after about 6 calls and messages. Then when i called back, again, min 5x, finally someone answered. My 2nd attempt was to confirm our appt for tomorrow. Oh, yeah, nope. Can't make it, too busy. Did I mention it's tomorrow? And if I hadn't called, what? (if you're too busy NOT answering the phone, imagine how busy you'd be answering it? Expansion? Riches? debt free? Those terms come to mind?) Let me refer to another company. guess what happened when I called that company 3 x? Yep, you guessed it. So, I called another company, 800# this time, probably got their sh!t straight....nope. This is a late review as Nicolas completed our backyard project 1 year ago but it has all held up…read moreso well! We had a new build with nothing but dirt in the front yard and back yard and huge weeds. Nicolas came by promptly and multiple times to double check measurements and ensure that he understood what we wanted and our backyard turned out beautiful! It is everything we wanted and was done so well. We had our hill covered in weed block/rocks, a small area of turf as well as a concrete slab and some plants in the backyard. We also had a curved walkway and driveway extension completed in the front yard. He also remulched the front yard to make it look clean. His price was about the same as others we were quoted but his exceptional ability to communicate and his promptness was why we chose him.
