Communication was consistently slow. Emails often took far too long to receive responses, and throughout the process it felt like things were moving at their pace rather than with any urgency on my behalf. Ultimately, the transaction did not move forward, and when it came time to address the return of my security deposit, I was especially disappointed. I did not feel that the firm advocated for me at all. I was essentially told to pursue the matter in small claims court and informed that no further assistance would be provided unless I paid additional fees. At that point, it felt less like legal representation and more like I was on my own. Overall, I did not feel represented, protected, or prioritized.
