We have been very happy with all the projects he has done: * Built a 120 ft beautiful block retaining wall with a metal railing that will probably last longer than our house * Tore out our lower deck and built a larger trek deck in its place, installed a metal railing, rebuilt the stair on the other side of the deck and reinstalled our hot tub! * Built a 20' x 18' attached, permitted shop * Turned an ugly storage room into a beautiful office * Built railroad tie stairway with a landing on both sides of our house and placed 10 huge rocks just where I wanted them. Prep day: During Prep removing a old awning beam hit the New light I had put up attached to the house. While it was tightened back down still does not sit flush with the all any longer. I had a bush and a new Rose Bush planted out front, trimmed and away from the house. They ensured me it would be covered. After work was done they both got paint on them and the rose bush sustained damage. (I did clean it up so the photo below makes it not seem so bad). The original house numbers were lost, even though they did replace them I consider this a lack off attention to detail. The biggest issue was after work was done. You give them a cashier check/cash or card on prep day for 50 percent. I gave this to them and the lead for the project lost it. They did process the balance check after work was done. (I did find out they deposited it but did not credit account) I saw on my account page with Fitzpatrick payment past due which was wrong I had paid in full. I would not hire them again. I do have some praise for the crew though. Despite the issue with the bushes they did listen to my questions and quickly resolved any questions I had. Good job patching the warn fascia. The senior painter who did our door was super painter man. I don't have permission to use his name but wish him the best in retirement. Suggestions: 1. Have better payment record systems in place, if payment first day with cash or check some sort of receipt system. Note you can pay with card but will pay a fee to do so by the payment processor. 2. If plants need protection take the time to do so, My bush and rose will recover over time some home owners may not be so kind. 3. My project did not have a lead on site during work, only start of day one when paint came and final wrap up before final walk. While there was a former lead it was not his job to review and manage the team. 4. Finally own any issues. Home owners need to know if there was a problem like the light. I do not know if it was ever recorded anywhere but I did share my concern with the lead on the final day. Please not I did not plan to review this project because the owner takes pride in his company. It was ultimately the lost payment issue that pushed me to this review. I feel he will take his company to the next level as they continue to grow. I have seen other projects done and they all look great from the curb. For that reason I still gave them a 3 with room to grow. PS If the guy that painted my front door retires and needs a little work I do have some interior paint I am looking at in the future.

The multiple divisions are made up of experts in their field. They too can work in tandem with one another. They were efficient, professional, timely, and their pricing was extremely competitive. They replaced the roofs on our home and two story shop/cottage. They also replaced all gutters, all new siding, and outside painting. Each project had NO cost over-runs. I could not believe how fast they worked. Every employee was most professional and kind. They loved our dog and are the type of people you just want to have stick around for dinner. We now are getting bids for them to rebuild our outdoor staircase, inside flooring, inside painting, and update our bathroom. I called back as soon as I got that message , but could not chat about Monday morning or the project - as you would not answer your phone because you were playing golf, which is a normal thing to do on a Sunday! I gave you a one star for quality of service. Your message should've said, "I will get back to you Monday morning , I do not work on Sunday". It is not fair. You lead me on. The fault is with you and your messaging that you sent out to prospective customers not that you are relaxing on the weekend. In addition, I do not appreciate the bullying message you sent privately , not to be visible on Yelp, where you're telling me that I I'm horrible person but that God loves me anyhow. You're welcome to blame Yelp for accepting and sending out project information to you on a Sunday , while you are playing golf.
