Oh dear, I really wish I could give this place a better review. I like to support my local business but unless I'm just looking for the paper or milk I don't shop here.
My husband bought some cider from here. After taking a swig he had to spit it out. He thought he had been buying a new brand of cider but on inspection there was no label on the bottle, god knows what year this cider had been made but probably so long ago they don't make it anymore!
In fairness, they did refund his money. The staff are friendly and they have a large and very beautiful dog who roams freely in the shop. I can never figure out the opening times of this place, ususally if you want something after 7pm, its easier to walk to the Co-Op just down the road. read more
