The dhosa came out nice and crispy, and the sambhar and coconut chutney were very authentic. You could taste that the eggplants were freshly roasted and cooked. My husband said that it reminded him of his grandmother's version, and that is no small compliment. I tried the classic introductory Indian cuisine meal - chicken tikki masala with garlic naan. The flavor was incredible and the portion size was huge! I appreciated that I received separate to-go bowls for my chicken and my rice, preserving the texture when eaten leftover. The $13 lunch buffet deal can't be beat! I'll definitely be back!
