We were directed to the 385 Xpress Lube by the Napa up the street who wouldn't assist us with a new battery install. Upon arrival, we were scheduled within 15 minutes for a new battery install. However, the technician tested our battery and stated it was at 94% and he recommended we should not replace it. Both the business owner and the technician explained our battery had plenty of life left and if we wanted to replace it, we could but they highly recommended not to. They had filled our windshield fluid, tested the battery and alternator and absolutely refused to accept any money for their time and product. The lender gave us his contact information in the event we had any trouble. This is the type of honesty and goodwill you miss in todays world. Thank you so much.
