We gave him more time because he pretended to be sick and still blew us off right before Christmas. Blaise set up an appointment for 1/28/26 @ 8:45 AM. 28 January - About 8:33 AM, we received a TEXT from Blaise which indicated he was enroute, and should be arriving within about fifteen minutes. About 8:50 AM, Blaise arrived. We discussed our perceived issues and he examined the freezer drawer [Whirlpool refrigerator/ freezer]. After he examined the freezer drawer, he ensured the seal was functional and then reglued it to the freezer door. He then then ordered a replacement "rail support rod" for the freezer pullout door unit. Before his departure, he scheduled a return visit for Noon, Feb. 6, 2026, About 9:32 AM, Blaise departed the house. 6 February - About 8:26 AM, we received a TEXT from Blaise, which indicated that a truck issue [nail in tire] will cause a delay in expected arrival.
