I hired brad to do some grading and install sod in my back yard after a retaining wall replacement…read more He told me he uses a third party credit card processing service and to get on his schedule I would need to pay half the invoice. I did this right away and by mistake paid both halves. Brad showed up as agreed and did the grading portion of the job. The majority of the back yard is a steep hillside so it was important to me to get sod on it ASAP so the dirt would stop washing back down. Weather did not cooperate for a week or so and when it cleared up Brad told me he was coming to install the sod. He showed up and began as agreed. He told me later in the day he did not have enough sod to finish the yard and that he was planning on taking some time off. I told him no problem, just please get sod installed on the steep parts of the hillside so dirt could not wash down. He said ok. When I got home there was no sod installed on one of the steep slopes and only part of the other was covered. I also noticed large oil spots (12" diameter) in the dirt, on the street, in the driveway, on parts of my otherwise healthy lawn and in the very sod he had just installed. I would later find out this came out of his tractor and there is no way he was not aware it was happening. He told me he would be back thurs to finish but did not specify which one and I failed to ask. He did not show the following thurs and I ended up having to sod the steep hillsides myself. After looking over brad's work and all the oil he spilled into my yard I decided I did not want him to return to finish. I was polite when I informed him of this and he did not ask why. After going back and forth a little we came to an agreement on the amount of the refund since I had paid the entire invoice. I expected this to not take long and after two weeks and no refund I contacted him and got lame excuses. Another week and same thing. Another week and got a partial refund. I've decided to let my credit card company to handle it from here. So in summary, my experience with Bradley B Rose has been poorly installed, poor quality sod containing mostly weeds. Damage to my existing lawn, oil spots in the bare dirt, dead sod where oil leaked onto it and can't get a refund for unfinished work. Other than that he's a nice guy

He worked his tail off pouring concrete in 100+ degree heat on a Saturday to get the job done, and he never cut corners or complained once. On top of that, he handled some difficult neighbor drama with total class and patience. The work turned out great, and it's clear he takes pride in what he does. If you want someone who shows up, puts in the work, and treats your project like it matters, Colton's your guy. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

He brought us several products to choose from with a price range. Once he was at the store picking up the stain he sent a picture letting me know what the color would look like just to make sure it was what we wanted. Logan and his co-worker are super easy to work with and very accommodating. He was very careful not to get stain onto our white house, but we had several windy days. Logan made sure to color match the exterior of our house and painted areas that had some stain on the white exterior. He even cleaned up deck stain that was left from years ago by the previous owner. Would definitely recommend Logan and his company!
