We bought our first home with Chad's help this summer and couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. It was a pretty demoralizing time to be in the buyer's position, with tons of competition and low inventory, but Chad kept our spirits up and never stopped grinding on our behalf. He was incredibly responsive and quick to help us evaluate new listings. We have already recommended him to other friends who are looking to buy in the next year. read more

Chad came to us as a referral from an agent/friend in another state who said he was absolutely fantastic and boy was she right! We were looking for a vacation home in an area he wasn't super familiar with but that certainly didn't stop him from providing an outstanding level of service through the entire process. Chad drove multiple hours to meet us for home tours and collected knowledge from his massive pool of resources to make sure he helped us make the right decision. We moved in this summer and couldn't be happier. Chad (and Bryan) are masters of their craft and we will certainly be using them in the next year to find a home in the city. Can't wait! read more

As a first time home buyer in the crazy Seattle housing market I could not recommend anyone more highly than Chad Dierickx. From the first time we sat down together to discuss what I was looking for in a home Chad was friendly, attentive, professional, thorough and most importantly honest. Chad walked me through every step of the home buying process which helped reduce the stress and anxiety of buying a home immensely. Chad made sure that I was as competitive as I could be during multi offer situations yet helped me stay realistic with my expectations, which can often be difficult to do as a first time home buyer. Chads knowledge of the housing market as well as Seattle and surrounding areas helped me move into the perfect home! Wether you're a first time home buyer or have bought multiple homes I highly recommend giving Chad a call! read more

Chad has been our agent for 2 houses now and each time gets better! He is honest, patient, can empathize between balance of a family and work, and has been super reliable and responsive throughout our process of selling our house and buying our new house. We love his side-kick Bryan who is always super positive and available to show additional houses. We love this team and highly recommend Chad to any of my friends to find their future home or sell their current one. The process was painless and informative. read more

I had a great experience working with Chad. He made the process of selling my home so much easier than I could have expected. There was some emotional attachment associated with my house and he made me feel so comfortable and completely in control of the process. I will be using him again for my next purchase/sale and I would without a doubt recommend him to my friends and family. read more

I really feel like we lucked out finding Chad. Well, we found him through a friend who is an agent in CA and I'm so glad we asked. My hubs and I were searching for our first home so everything was new...from all the terms to the lending process. Ahh. Chad knows his sh**. We were clueless and ended up purchasing a home with a pretty low stress level overall. So we ended getting an offer accepted 16 days from the day we met Chad!! 16 days! That's almost unheard of in this market. And as for our home, he acted on it so fast and met up my husband in an hour after discovering it, then got an offer drafted up and sent over in a matter of hours. I loved working with Chad...he's a cool guy and easy to talk to and really understood what we wanted. Really beats a lot of those other old school, traditional agents I've seen out there. No offense =) read more

It's rare to encounter someone as skilled, thorough, passionate and personable as Chad Dierickx. We were fortunate enough to meet Chad through a mutual friend and as far as I'm concerned we have the only broker we'll ever need. From our initial conversations to the date we closed on our house (and the subsequent weeks), Chad was thorough, honest and incredibly detailed. He works hard on behalf of his clients and will go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need. Chad is also not afraid to share his opinion and will help to keep you grounded and realistic throughout an emotional and at times confusing process. Chad made the home-buying process much easier and far less stressful - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyway looking for a great broker. read more

I was referred to Chad by a mutual friend. Working in the area of service and owning my own company, my expectations are always very high. This coupled with my being a stickler for detail doesn't always make me the easiest client to work with. Chad exceeded all my expectations. Despite engaging his services during the period of the imminent arrival of he and his wife's first child, Chad's response time to my questions and concerns were always timely. He is clearly dedicated to his craft and building long lasting business relationships. In service, some of the best indicators of satisfaction are whether or not a client will return and give the company more business in the future and probably, most importantly, whether or not a client will refer their family and friends to the business. With regards to Chad, the answer is YES to both! read more

Chad was great throughout the process. He set up and ensured all that needed to occur went flawlessly. On top of that, you couldn't ask for better communication. read more

Chad is tremendous. He made the stressful home-buying process so much more approachable. He is extremely forthright and helped us focus on factors important to us and disregard other distractions. He was also a great ally when we had to deal with challenging real estate agents and title insurance providers. And beyond all that, he's just a great guy. We haven't had our housewarming yet, but he will definitely be invited. read more

Chad was wonderful to work with -- he provided spot on advice, was quick to respond to all questions, and was very patient and thoughtful as we navigated a very difficult contingent sale process. I'd recommend Chad fully to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. read more

I thought Chad did a great job helping us find the right condo for us. He contacted us as soon as anything we might want came on, so that we could be one of the first to see the property. And he kept on top of the paperwork, as went through the loan approval and closing process. Highly recommend. read more

Chad was great to work with. He was recommended by a friend and it was an invaluable recommendation. I especially appreciated Chad's expertise in the local market, his perspective gained through experience in working for different companies and through the changes in the market, and his personal experience in owning and updating homes. I felt comfortable asking Chad any and all questions, and appreciated he would offer his professional opinion with good context and candid personal opinion--this made having highly important and expedient conversations easy. I experience Chad as a strong communicator and very responsive, and felt well supported by his strength in communication across all the key partnerships during the process. We navigated some unexpected waters related to a special assessment and he helped me get as much information as possible. Chad was a great advocate for me. read more

Chad is a great person to work with. We were the first-time home buyers, but with Chad, we didn't experience any problem throughout the process. He is very responsive, went through each and every document with us whenever we have any small question, and he even helped us after the closing to reach the previous owner to ask maintenance questions. I strongly recommend Chad for everyone who looking for their buyer's agent. read more

We worked with Chad to buy and sell a home this summer. It was extremely positive from end to end. Chad made us feel like his only clients even though he was in the midst of a very busy season. As our buyer's agent (Phinney Ridge), he helped us negotiate an at-listing price, giving me strategic guidance on the perception of our escalator that certainly would have proven to be an issue if we had done what I initially suggested. He even attended our walk through and asked amazing questions we wouldn't have considered! Chad also made time to facilitate us walking through the house with a contractor twice. He was a great partner and we were proud to have him representing us. As our seller's agent (Seward Park), he proactively managed every lead with kindness and professionalism. He maintained relationships with prospective buyers' agents and ultimately we had multiple offers in under a week. We zero'd in on the two buyers we were most interested in based on terms, although their offers weren't highest. Chad was then able to negotiate a better purchase price with buyers we loved who had great terms. The transaction was flawless and he was our partner throughout - from title to closing. As we scrambled to move in, move out, sign lots of paperwork, Chad offered to bring a house cleaner out for a move out clean at no cost to us, which was a lifesaver from a time standpoint. Throughout the process, we never had a doubt or second thought about whether Chad was representing us in a professional, courteous, strategic, ethical way. We absolutely loved working with Chad and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home near Seattle. read more

We cannot say enough great things about Chad. In the stressful and competitive environment that is Seattle at the present time, Chad made the home buying process easy and stress-free. His knowledge and guidance made us, as first time homebuyers, feel completely at ease! Thanks, Chad!!! read more

I've bought and sold three different properties. Chad Dierickx is head and shoulders above any previous agent with whom I've worked. In this competitive market, you need an inside edge. Chad understands how the game is played. He immediately sized up exactly what kind of home we were looking for. In an age where you might assume an app alert will let you know if something is a match, Chad found an amazing property we would not have discovered on our own. He worked tirelessly on our behalf--always available via email and text with timely updates. His professionalism made a difference in presenting our offer and winning in a hyper-competitive situation (5 competing offers). HIGHLY RECOMMEND. read more

Chad helped us sell our first home, a new experience for my partner and I. We weren't sure what to expect, and are now extremely thankful to have Chad in our corner. He was extremely professional, knowledgable and personable. What we appreciated most was his balance of offering advice with letting us make decisions along the way. We highly recommend him and would definietly use Chad again. read more

I've sold two homes and bought one (soon to be two) with Chad. He's a good, honest, knowledgable, trustworthy and dependable guy who goes out of his way to make sure you feel good about your deal at all times. I'm super picky (Chad will confirm this!), so it means a lot when I say that I can't recommend him enough to anyone buying or selling. read more

we could not have asked for a better agent in the sale of our mercer island home. not only did chad do extensive research in pricing our home appropriately, he also helped with a lot of the leg work of staging and showings and kept us updated at every stage. it was so obvious that chad was personally invested in the success of our sale and we are incredibly grateful for that read more

Chad's the best! He helped me find the perfect home. I entered the home buying market pretty skeptical, but he earned my trust. I appreciated his perspective and experience and felt like he always had my interest at heart. Thanks, Chad. That was fun, and I'll definitely work with him next time, too. read more

I was referred to Chad by a mutual friend who had just gone through the first time home buying process. I had been closely following the housing market for the past two years and felt confident in my knowledge of the business, however after meeting with Chad a few times it was clear there was a lot about the offer and closing process that I did not know. There are many tools available for home buyers these days, Zillow, Redfin, etc. that give good details on the property as it is listed, however the art of putting together a competitive offer, uncovering comps in the neighborhood and knowing when to strike is all about the expertise of your agent. Chad was patient, direct and helped keep me on track when thoughts of desperation took over. He knows how to price a home appropriately and as a result I found a beautiful property that I will be happy with for years to come. Best part about it, I feel like I got a great deal in this crazy market, all thanks to Chad! read more

We've worked with some good agents in the past, but we had never considered recommending any of them to others, until we worked with Chad. Simply put, Chad is fantastic. Unlike other agents who prioritize "closing deals" and marketing, Chad places customer satisfaction (getting you the best outcome) as his #1 priority. Buying a house can be a arduous, scary, and confusing process, but Chad made it simple. He's extremely knowledgeable about the market in the Seattle area and about homes in general. He caught on quickly to our style and what we wanted in a home. He worked with us at our pace (we'd been looking to buy a new place and sell our current place casually for 2 years). But whenever we were ready to make an offer, Chad worked furiously and with great attention to detail to make sure we put forward the most compelling offer and that we were 100% comfortable with it. Once our offer was accepted, Chad made sure the closing process went smoothly and on time. He helped us buy a beautiful home in Seattle, and we are currently working with him to sell our condo. Plus, he's an all-around great guy! We would 100% recommend Chad for buying and selling your home, condo, or anything real estate related! read more

Chad Dierickx is a total rockstar. I used his services as a buyer's agent, and he proved himself time and time again to be attentive, supportive, and dedicated to going the extra mile to close on a home. Not only does Chad have incredible relationships in town, but he's extremely knowledgeable about the home buying process in today's market, and he's not afraid to roll up his sleeves to get the job done. Examples: Chad is an expert advisor. As a first time home buyer, he was able to educate me on all of the ins and outs of the process. I never felt like I was house shopping alone! In the closing process, Chad put in the extra effort to make everything go smoothly. When the appraiser asked that we could demonstrate that the home windows could be opened at least a foot. Chad went over to the house, opened the windows, took pictures, and took care of it without me even having to lift a finger. He worked super well with my broker and the seller's agent, and ultimately closing was simple and smooth. Chad's the best--I wouldn't work with anyone else! read more

Chad is awesome! He helped us both purchase a new home and sell our previous home. We were extremely impressed with the whole marketing package he put together for the home we were selling. The materials were gorgeous and he thought through every detail down to a basket of crocs for people to wear when they walked out onto our deck. The photographer he chose produced gorgeous photos and video that helped make the all around first class marketing package. He was responsive to all of our requests and quickly accommodated our input. He also was excellent at advising on strategy for both making and accepting offers and seemed to be a good negotiator. He sent helpful lists of next steps and frequently needed contact numbers to help us at various stages of the process. Lastly, he was very responsive whenever we needed to quickly arrange viewings at the houses we were considering. All around great realtor and great guy. read more
