Ok, I got insurance with this company in May 2015, great rates the first month, then my rates…read moreskyrocketed in the month of June, I only added a little 4cylinder and my son to my policy. I called and left 3-4 messages for them to call me and I left my phone number as well. I called again everyday for about 4 days no one answered until the 4th day. I asked them why haven't they returned my phone calls. I was told the agency changed hands, sold to someone else. I did not know insurance companies, reputable ones could just do that and not inform their customer and go up $400+ on their rates. I will report to the Texas Insurance office, I'm not a stranger there and not afraid to retire these shabby agencies. Are there any insurance companies that are not damn crooks. I must be in the wrong line of business. Oh, I left another message for them to call me and the voice ok the VM sound like a foreigner with a east india dialect. Must be nice. Will give an update later today after I go to their office. And give the real name of the agency if such. So msny scams going on tgese days with insurance agencies, you hope you really paying for insurance and they are putting it towards your premium. Fired the #!@k up.
