On my first visit the offices were filthy. I thought I saw a mouse but found a large dust ball under the door. A molding of my feet was taken. I was told the second visit might take about an hour. When the orthotics were ready I was called to pick them up. They were the original packaging of, "Dr. Comfort" Custom Fit Inserts. I had no fitting. They were handed to me and told that was what I was to receive. CFI had done nothing. They did ask if I had paid the bill. I would not recommend this company. read more

Paid out of my pocket because insurance does not cover this product even though it was prescribed by my doctor. Was not ready on time, was pushed out 2 weeks past the original date I was told it would be ready. Now I am going to be behind my doctor's schedule for recovery time due to this company's lack of follow through. Staff was very rude over the phone and cut almost every sentence I tried to speak off. When I called them out on that, they just got even ruder. Refused to have the person I wanted to speak with call me back. I wish I had checked these review before spending my money with this company. Now it is too late because they already have my money, so I am at their mercy. read more

I was seen in mid Nov 2019 for consult at the Shelby Oaks, Memphis location,Technician said she would file ins and get authorization but wanted to wait until 2020 to do measurements. She did not get authorization or make contact or return any calls through Jan 2020. After finally getting appt. for measurements I again waited weeks for contact. I had questions about my device before I had it built but again no contact, no answers apparently no concern for my health and mobility. Maybe if you want to call them everyday and harass them you may get your equipment, I can't tell you if it will be correct because I never got mine. I would not recommend them. read more

Every member of the staff, from front office to examination and attempt to be helpful, has been excellent; they all treated me as if my concerns were valid and important. This is the most patient unfriendly medical service I have ever experienced in Memphis. It is difficult to get appointment, return call or prompt attention once I finally get there. Staff is incredibly rude and I can't believe they are still in business because they are consistently disrespectful of patients time and issues. Never going back. read more

After seeing the post from yesterday, I feel I have to respond. I have been a patient at CFI and have had nothing but positive experiences! I received shoe inserts and compression stockings to help with being on my feet all day at work. The staff was extremely helpful, and I can't say enough great things about my experience there. I never had an issue with any of the staff, from scheduling or being seen. I like the other lady had to pay out of pocket for my product. However, I understood this. Just because your doctor prescribes something doesn't mean your insurance covers it. I would HIGHLY recommend CFI to any of my family or friends! read more

Very difficult to communicate. I have tried to call CFI to refer patients and can never get past the voice mail robot. When I have left messages, there has not been any response. I will send patients elsewhere. read more
