Had Baron's "repair" my chimney in June of 2024. Had someone come out to assess my house for…read morepossibly selling and one of the things they pointed out was my chimney. The repaired brickwork was not straight and square which I noticed shortly after the repair but, was willing to live with but I was told that they did not rebuild it to the correct height and the fact that they did not replace the flue liner is an issue. They charged to come out to quote to lock you in and then did inferior masonry. It's too late for any recourse but, can still want others to steer clear!

They did my neighbors' driveways and were done with theirs in a few days, not in a few hours. They demanded cash and tried to make more here and there (like the apron). They never put up yellow warning tape (like they did for my neighbors) and as a result, my driveway was damaged by a delivery vehicle since there was no warning tape. I asked why they didn't put up the tape and they said it was extra and they won't fix the tire tracks because it doesn't fall under their 5 year guarantee.

As this work is at the Jersey Shore, I encouraged Ben to complete the project before summer because of crowds in my town, Ocean Grove. The project consisted of a sidewalk 100 feet long by 5 feet wide, with the price shared with my next door neighbor. Ben and his team ripped out and disposed of the old decrepit sidewalk one day and the next day scheduled SRM to deliver the wet concrete. We were amazed watching Ben and his three workers smoothing and finishing the wet concrete. The next day, Ben and company came by to take the sideboards out and put our scallop edges in. My neighbor and I were impressed by the professionalism of Ben and his team. I would highly recommend BC Masonry for a new sidewalk or perhaps driveway.

Extensive explanation of the process of the chimney inspection. Tom is very knowledgable and came with the right tools for the job. As he was performing the internal flue inspection with a camera he showed and explained what potential issues he looks for. 2. Walking tarps were placed to ensure there would be no dirt tracked on the rugs and hardwood floors. In addition, Tom for slip-on "booties" worn while working on the house. 4.
