It's been days since we've had a taste of home cooked meal. Here at Hong Sing, we had some really fluffy scrambled eggs with onions, cauliflower, egg drop soup, stir-fry of snow peas, bell peppers, and chicken, and a sizzling plate of beef. The trolley ladies were lovely and got the hint easily when I said we will finish what we have first. No trouble in taking a takeaway container either. The yum cha was good. Some dishes much better than I've had in Sydney. Tripe, chicken feet and tentitcals three of my favourite dishes and this place didn't disappoint. The prices were great! Definitely coming back!

The most obvious is the move away from the food court into the dining precinct. Closed off in its own little box, it allows a more authentic experience and provides great people spotting. Take away is still available but I chose to dine in. The menu is massive but I already had noodles in mind. Chicken stir fry with satay or sweet chilli sauce, yum! Soy and chilli sauces on the table to tweak your taste buds. Mine was fairly mild so I love being able to add some extra heat. The service was fast too.
