Enjoy some beers immersed in history. The staff will gladly explain more about the house and its owner. By the way, the staff was awesome. Very friendly and attentive. The brewery is relatively new. I believe they opened their doors in early 2020. They have an outdoor patio in the back, as well as a single table on the front porch. So far they have released three beers, a lager, a blonde ale, and a hazy IPA. Unfortunately, when we visited they only had the lager available. It was good, don't get me wrong. I just would have liked to sample all of them. They had several guest brews on tap and in cans. One of the was Sanamuerto, an IPA from a brand new brewery in Orocovis called Cacique Brewing Co. they don't have a taproom so the only place to try their beer is on tap a certain spots. It was very good. Glad I got to try it here. All in all, this was a cool stop in our day trip to Ponce. I will visit again next time I am in the area. There is street parking available and a lot across the street. We arrived at 4p and it was closed but when we left it was open. So I would assume they only open in the evenings. Check their IG page for up to date info and their website for their beer and food menu. They also have cocktails in case you are mad and don't want or like beer.

This little brewery is small, but the beer is absolutely fabulous. The staff was great, and the beer was even better! They offer a wide range, from a potent Bourbon Ale at 11% to a refreshing lager at 5%. Best of all, they offer flights, so you can sample ALL 6 beers. I was hoping to bring some cans back home, but they don't currently offer that. They do have growlers, but they don't seal the top for travel. If you're staying in Orocovis, definitely get a growler - I will next time! I also wished they had a food vendor, because you definitely want something to munch on after tasting all those fabulous beers! So, for now, it's a 4-star review. But I will definitely add that 5th star once they start bottling! I definitely plan to be back next year when I visit family.

During the pandemic they hosted movie nights where you'd watch the movies from your car. They have a mug club called Club Foker. As far as I'm concerned, they are the only brewery here with a mug club. I could be wrong though because I have t been to all. They are family friendly, and I think even dog friendly too. I like that you get to pass by the brewing tanks as you make your way to the back. The front is indoor seating. One of the walls has all the mugs from the Club Foker. Another wall has a huge map of the world. You can all the host for a pin to mark where your from. It's cool to see what parts of the island and other countries have come here. In the back there is a permanent food truck. The food is good and complements the beer nicely. I really liked the chicken wings, which are huge (the whole wing). Of course the beer is good. To be honest the beer is t my favorite of the local breweries, but it is good. I really like the Red Ale, their flagship beer, as well as the Vaquera (wheat) which I tried on my last visit. I've been here during the day and the night. Both are nice, just depends on what your looking for. During the day is more low key. I saw a post from them on Instagram and immediately reached out to see if they could provide a tour for us. They happily obliged and were really excited to host our group of 4. We were warmly greeted, received a welcome beer, and was taken to where the beer is brewed. We got a really good history of the brewery, the team, and what the brand represented, and we were able to taste a sample of the beer right from the room-so cool.
