When calling his office, the wife or front desk lady was the sweetest! She was on top of her game…read more Had great Customer service. However, the tech (which said he was the owner) that showed up was horrible. He acted like it was a problem him being here from the jump. To describe our little encounter is un-nerving. During this pandemic, like most businesses we have to limit the amount of people in the building. There is a HUGE sign at the door that clearly states to call a number when you arrive and someone will let you in so we can sanitize to protect both you and our team. The tech clearly doesn't know how to read, he BEATS on the door like a crazy person, the owner annoyed, says no don't answer, make him call and follow directions, that is ridiculous. The tech then proceeds to beat on the owner of the buildings window, then walks around to the other side of the building and beats on another offices window. So naturally our owner came out upset and asked him to not do that. The guys never says anything, he rolls his eyes and proceeded to come in and measure for carpet install. When hes done he then comes to me and slams the sample book down and asks why i didn't speak up to the owner and got him in trouble if his wife called and made an appointment. My reaction was, well first off when she called she stated you were going to be in the area and would be by, never once did she give a time. I told her in the call, anytime was fine he would just need to call when he got here. I then spoke my peace of him banging on our windows (this is a multi suite building by the way) like a crazy person. He then gathered his stuff and walked out all while saying how he understands why no one would want to do business with someone that acts like this. ( where he gets off saying this i have no idea) Well mister i don't understand why anyone would want to do business with you and your piss pour attitude. In a time like this you would think you would be idk courteous to your clients that are even asking for you to do this during a pandemic. I came to a smaller business to support our community. Only to be met with awful experience and a waste of my time! I wouldn't recommend this company EVER to anyone. I will be sure to let it be known to any and all people i come into contact with! By far the rudest and most disrespectful person ever! If hes the owner then maybe the wife should make him retire and get a younger tech in there that will treat their customers with respect. Never in my life have i ever encountered such a disrespectful person. In a place of business to business at that! he should be ashamed of how he conducted him self. There were MANY people to witness his behavior he excreted in a commercial space.

Personable, friendly gave a great bid but unfortunately was not up to the task…read more He seemed to have a real issue with measuring. The closet he built us does not have a right angle in it and one side is a full inch and a quarter longer than the other, making it very difficult to find a door. The sliding door he installed is not centered so there's this weird filler on only one side. He didn't give us the correct measurements to purchase the door in the right size to begin with, which I think caused the off-center installation. Either he decided he couldn't do the work or got bored with the job, either way, he left us, for weeks, in the middle and went to do another job (very well reviewed, with pictures on Yelp). He made excuses every day (he was sick, his dogs got loose, Home Depot didn't have what he needed...) about why he couldn't come, never mentioning he was working on a different job. We only found out when we were looking through Yelp and saw their review. He finally showed back up with workers that he hadn't had before and asked that I pay half of their day's wages ($400 which was not an agreement in the original bid). The next time I saw him, he showed up around noon, got nothing done for a whole half day then left again. That was the day we decided we had to change. We needed the work done by March and he had proved we could not rely on him. (By the way we are still struggling, as elderly people unable to do the work ourselves, to get the work completed and it's now the following January). We had paid him in full for several jobs that he either did not do at all or did not complete. We requested a refund. He gave most of it back, in small amounts, with a couple of months prodding online, but never came through with the final $100 he owed us. I was angry, but now I'm just sad because he seemed like a nice guy, but as the job wore on it was obvious it was just too big for him and he had an excuse every day why he couldn't be here on time, why he couldn't be here at all and why he always needed more money. He would go to Home Depot every day and buy supplies that we paid for and one day he decided to buy himself a new power tool, that we paid for. I guess nice people have issues too. Sadly, I would not recommend him.
