The interior on our Honda Accord was revitalized and the Armada looks brand new even if it's a 2006. Recently had my 1965 mustang shipped out from the east coast where it had been in storage for 3 years. To make a long story short when my car was delivered out here there were a lot of noticeable surface scratches and webbing on the paint. Mind you my mustang is black, so every little imperfection could be seen. I found Dave through Yelp and gave him a call to see if I could swing by his shop to give me an estimate. He did a thorough walk around of my car, and after chatting with him I felt like this was the right guy who could take care of my concerns with my car. Yesterday morning I dropped off my car and he gave me a time to come pick it up. When I walked in his shop to pick it up I was blown away. The car looks just as good when it was painted 12 years ago. I am so happy with how the car turned out. Literally looks like glass and the pictures attached don't do it justice! LIFE SAVER ALERT! I called Dave after I backed my golf cart into my car (I know, who does that?) leaving a scratch on the golf cart. He assured me that he would be able to buff the scratch out of the golf cart as well as meet me at the house since the golf cart wouldn't be able to make it to his shop. He was great until he started taking my car back to his shop for weekly washes. The last appointment I had with Mr Nola was for a full detail. He brought the car back dirty had only steam cleaned the leather and wrecked passenger side rims! would not recommend his service. My wife had Dave come and pick up her white Mercedes CLK350 for a wash and interior detailing. When she got the car back there was a fairly large irregular shaped area on the right front hood where the Clear Coat looked like it had been eaten away. I immediately called Dave and explained to him what was there and he immediately denied any wrong doing and blamed us for doing it after we got the car back. He didn't even offer to look at the problem to see if it was his fault. I took the car to our body shop and he confirmed that it was indeed a chemical that was used and it ate the clear coat off down to the primer. He had seen this done before with other customers. The cost to repair is going to be approx $500.00 and Dave wont return my calls any more so i can explain the cost, Going to small claims on this one. Very bad Experience and will report him to the Better Business Bureau read more

A while back this business ran a deal on the local TV station daily deals. I purchased a certificate for a $100 detailing for $40. I called to make an appt. for detailing on a specific day and time. When I got there there was no such address but there were buildings with numbers above and below that number I was given. I called and called to try and get directions but all I got was voicemail, I left several messages explaining and asking for a call back. Finally I had to give up and just go home. I never got a return phone call. Then a friend of mine who had purchased the same deal called and made his appt. and everything worked out fine for him. He didn't have to find the place because he made a deal for the guy to come and pick up his car. When I saw the job that was done I was amazed at the quality of the work. the car was gorgeous. That made me want to try again so I called and made another appt. and asked why I was unable to find the place the first time. He said that even tho his address was an even number it was on the odd number side of the street Now why he doesn't tell prospective clients that I have no idea. Any way, on the appointed day I showed up at the agreed upon time and again had difficulty finding him because even tho this time I could find the building, he prints the wrong unit number on his certificates so I was looking for unit 12 as stated but he is actually in unit 6. ??????? I waited around for a while and he didn't show up so I called and this time he answered the phone and said he would be there shortly. It ended up he was about a half hour late and then he said that he had to take his dog to the vet but that he had someone else to start on my car til he returned and that the car would be ready between 12 and 1PM. At about 12::20 he called and said that he would be starting on my car in a little while???????? I read him the riot act at that time and he promised that now he 3 guys working on it so it would be done in about an hour and a half. It was about 3 when I finally got the car and it seemed to be OK but in the bright sun it was difficult to see with all the glare. After I got the car home and in my garage I could see that the workmanship was awful. The wheel wells weren't done, under the door handles was not done, the mirror was all smudged with dried cleaner, and there were buff marks all over the car where it was never completely buffed out. There were also marks all over the car that should have been removed with a normal buffing job. So, my opinion is that this guy is hit and miss. If you happen to get him on a good day maybe you'll be OK but if not, well your car will look like mine. I wouldn't waste my time and money again with this business. read more

Pretty bad customer service. Purchased a Desert Deal and tried calling the number listed. No one EVER answers the phone. I called morning, noon, and night over a 2 week period and no one ever answered. After leaving several messages for a return call, no one ever called. I asked for a refund from Desert Real Deals and they were more than happy to return my money. There is nothing I hate more than poor/bad customer service. read more
