The center is modern-attractive with a wonderful selection of stores. International brands located here include Marks and Spencer, Starbucks, McDonald's, Marco O'Polo and H&M. Many stores on many levels. The mall is very easy to navigate and there are just so many stores here to visit. The mall has a lot of stores and many twists and turns so it makes walking through here a lot of fun. You always have to look around the corner to find the hidden stores. There were many levels all connected by stairs or escalators. Overall, a great experience here with a lot of people who helped us navigate our way through the stores until we found exactly what we were looking for KUDOs to the team at Palladium.

Dropped by this mall late around 10:15pm one night on my way back to hotel. You're probably…read morethinking that's pretty late for a mall to be open and I thought the same! In reality only the building was open, the stores themselves were closed. When visiting Prague this was one of the more fascinating aspects I learned about the city. In addition to the many inter-building corridors, almost like shortcut passageways between streets, there are entire buildings open late into the night or 24 hours that passerby can enjoy as public spaces or arcades to walk through. Of course there are security guards and cameras posted all over and you can't just loaf around, instigate shenanigans or sleep in these spots. I was impressed by how safe, clean and well maintained they kept these passages; this mall was no exception. I walked the perimeter of 3 of the 5 floors and took a look around. What I saw--the mall is shaped like an oblong disc with a center atrium and a tall 5 story island in the middle, which also has stores. As of fall 2024 they had many commonly seen stores in Europe: H&M, Marks & Spencer, dm, Luxor, a lot of sporty brands like Geox, Converse, adidas, Vans Lacoste, Columbia, North Face as well as other apparel retailers like Gap, Falconeri, Levi's Guess, CalvinKlein, Intimissimi, Armani Exchange. Sephora, MAC, Lush, Claire's and L'occitane were some of the beauty retailers. Aside from this you can find a variety of specialty stores with accessories, electronics, toys, housewares, kids play zone. Downstairs in the basement was Albert supermarket and on the fifth floor a food hall with pretty typical mall food court offerings--Kentucky Fried Chicken, a handful of fast food Asian stalls, Burger King, McD's, ice cream, donuts, bubble tea and of course Starbucks (though this was on a lower level). So all in all quite a normal mall spread out over five floors.

Modernish but slightly dated mall, bit more humbling than Centrum in Nový Smíchov, as was opened in 2003. American fast food can be found here, and easy to access via Metro or the tramvaj, which runs continually up and down Vinohradska. Plus, there was a kicking ryby *yummy pstruh!!* restaurant somewhere across the street.

The bathrooms aka WC is very clean and maintained. An IMAX theatre is located on the top level and is very clean and well maintained. The food court offers fast food and restaurant style seating for those who want more privacy, away from the noise of mall crowds. This mall has saved me from walking blocks to find dinner at a reasonable price. The tram station is conveniently located on the second level where the subways will be operating throughout the day. No big box stores here though but enough to shop regardless of what you are in the mood for.

My experience is primarily with their Food Halls, which are quite simply excellent. Especially, for a busy traveler who works during the day and has a flat rental with a kitchen, their prepared refrigerated and frozen foods are fantastic, better than a restaurant and cheaper. You wish that you could get soups half tjis good in the USA, and many other superb choices, they're simply the best.

I really liked a light blue winter coat but the other location didn't have small sizes. They said they can't see in other locations what their inventory is. That was a bit inconvenient but nonetheless I didn't give up and found it in this location after visiting one other Marks & Spencer location. This one is located in the Palladium shopping center and is slightly larger in size compared to the other two locations I went to. Happy shopping.~

The mall is fairly modern, it opened in 2005 and was renovated in 2017, but there are still parts of the mall that feel outdated - especially in terms of the layout. I found it really hard to navigate the centre, especially between floors, given the fact that only certain lifts go to certain floors, and it was never clear before getting into the lift, which one goes where. The same could be said for the escalators which were not continuous, I must have spent around 10 minutes trying to get through the mall, just to find the Food Court. It was even difficult to navigate on the same floor, with so many turn-offs, it felt like they made it to be unnecessarily difficult. The staff inside the mall were unhelpful, even at the Information Desk, they did not seem like they cared to speak to patrons. Stores you could find here include C&A, H&M, Lego, Levi's, Nespresso, Next, Pandora, Zara and many others including the three major mobile phone operators in Czechia (O2, Vodafone and T-Mobile). For food and drink, you have a limited offering including the usual fast food names such as McDonald's. It is one of the largest shopping centres in the country and is mostly clean and relatively modern and has a good selection of stores, but the confusing layout and rude and unhelpful staff really mean they fall short of Westfield's usual high standards.
