The woman at the front desk (Mary or Sarah, argh I can't remember, I'm pretty sure Mary) was very friendly and had me fill out some documents and chatted with me for a bit. I didn't have to wait long at all until I was called in. There's a small curtained area to change into the gown (an actual room with a door would be nice, but not really a big deal). I went into the x-ray room and tech explained a bit of the procedure - it honestly didn't hurt at all, the real uncomfortable part is holding your breath a little and holding your arm around the machine to get the right angles. Afterward the tech explained it would take about 2 weeks to get results (which it did) and that many women get called back in for an ultrasound depending on their tissue and to worry if that does happen. Thankfully no issues after my scan so I don't have to go back but now I won't be scared for my next appointment. Very nice facility.

Staff were never anything other than kind. Listened to my needs and responded as quickly as they were able. My room was kept clean. My case worker ended up being an angel. She assisted in many was as I had to re-enter for my scheduled surgery once I was stabilized. Surgery was completed 2/11/25. Again, out pt. surgery was treated with nothing but kindness, and respect. First time ever in my hospitalizations has my husband been offered a cot to sleep in. (He usually sleeps in a chair) It is the caring for family that also make a huge difference. I'm 10 minutes early so I figure I'll grab a magazine, and veg out on the comfy couches. 9.02: Get called into the little lab room where I have to put my purse in a locker, wash my hands, and choose a pee receptacle. 9.03 Do my business in the adjoining restroom. 9.04 Am told my pee is an "acceptable" 92 degrees (whew!). I wash my hands and get my purse. 9.05 Am asked to initial the sample and paperwork. And I'm on my merry way home! I really liked the fact you can schedule and reschedule appointments online. Super convenient. But I'm gonna knock off one star because everyone in the waiting room can see into the lab room, and some people might feel uncomfortable handing over their pee flask in front of strangers. Edit: I had to use QD for a pre-employment drug test. I didn't have to deal with Insurance/billing or anything like that.

My ex had some tests done at our doctor's office, which were then sent to Quest... Numerous bills and months later, they had gotten a collection agency involved to harrass us, even though it was fully covered by insurance. They simply refused to submit the proper documentation to the insurance company that they deal with ALL THE TIME. A second, similar incident, was dealt with more efficiently and resolved in a month or so... Moral of the story: They are good when you have to pee and they are good at getting you peeved.
