I still believe I was charged too much, and the reason why, was bad planning on part of the two guys that came out to the house. They knew that they had to replace the plugs in the whole house and yet they came out with few of the plugs, so they had to drive back and get some. With better planning, they would have had the plugs with them and would have taken a lot less time to do the job. This would have resulted in a lower charge to me for the job. My domestic well and air conditioner were mistakenly put on the same circuit when the well was installed a few years ago. Several HVAC service technicians have told us these should be on separate circuits. When I contacted their company in May, Debbie in their office told me that someone would call me the following week about coming out to do the work. Two weeks went by and I called back and spoke to Debbie again. She said someone would call me right away and set up the work. Another week went by with no call from Kinter. Then I repeated the call again and was told the same again, and got the same negative result again a week later. I called again and spoke with Debbie and yet again (the 4th time) was told that someone would call me first thing in the morning to set up the work. She told me she would personally walk the work order through and see that it gets put through without fail. Again, no call was received on the following day. I wrote a letter to Greg Kinter that day complaining (June 20). Two days later they called and sent someone out who was obviously inexperienced at electrical work. He took a look, called his boss a couple of times to get instructions, took some pictures and said he would be back the following day. He did not show up the next day or the following week. On June 29 I got a call from the owner Greg Kinter. He said he had sent someone out on the day they said they would be there the last time. He said that the person knocked on the door, and sat in our driveway for 20 minutes and no one here responded. I have a hard time believing Mr. Kinter's claims. On the day he said they responded to my home, we were home all day. We own 9 eastern European German Shepherd dogs and NOBODY knocks on our door or sits in our driveway without us knowing about it. I hired someone else and they said they would be here the next day. One star is too much of a good rating for this company.
