I'm visiting and don't have access to a washer and dryer and looked up laundry mats. This one had 3 stars so it seemed decent enough. I went to drop my clothes off which were in a suitcase. I simply asked if she wanted me needed me to put it in a plastic bag or something so it can be weighed. She had a slight attitude about that but I overlooked it bc it was hot and I already walked all the way there. She weighed the items and it was 7 kilos. She asked me to pay first which wasn't a problem. I go to pull out my wallet and card and said I'm ready. She says cash only I say ok, she should have mentioned this before as there were no signs but fine whatever. I tell her in Spanish I'll be right back I'm going to go get cash. She starts semi yelling and being rude. I told her in Spanish, I know I need to pay. I'm going to grab cash and then she waves me off. Mind you there are several convienne stores, atms, and a bank all within 5 mins walking distance. I go get the cash and pay. She gives me a receipt that I was supposed to sign( she didn't communicate this or give me a pen and waved me off). I took a picture of it just in case it got lost. Went back to pick up my clothes (only 2 hours 30 mins later) and I show her the picture. She gets attitude and says no I want the physical ticket. Well, she didn't communicate that she simply said show me the ticket when you come back. I guess she wanted the physical ticket because it was supposed to have my signature on it the one that she didn't ask me to sign and she's going back-and-forth and essentially refusing to get my clothes even though I already paid, which makes no sense as I have proof of the ticket and the service had already been paid for. I could understand if it was pay upon pick up or something like that or if I didn't have my ticket at all but that wasn't the case. She didn't hand me a pin and pointed to a line 2 lines that are right next to each other one was for drop off and one was for pick up. I wasn't sure if one of the words so I just double checked with her and ask both lines. She rolled her eyes and was huffing and it started low-key going off again, which wasn't necessary. She was just very rude and hostile. I paid 250 pesos, for a wash and fold. The shop was not terribly busy. There wasn't a line. It was as empty as it was when I dropped off my bag in the same 3-5 bags were sitting there. So I wasn't disrupting or holding up her business, so there really was no need to be so nasty when I was simply trying to get clarification. Save your money and go else where. There are places that will wash and fold and deliver for nearly the same price price. I should of went to lavendaria Doña Soco like I had originally planned. I just happened to be closer to this one. Won't make that mistake again
