I called a few OC shops but none of them can come out until the next day which by then is too late. Called Steve and within an hour Erika came out to patch the crack while also identifying and fixing 2nd chip that I didn't notice. If it wasn't for their immediate response, the damage would have spread and would have cost me quite a bit more. Checked it again a few days later and it hasn't grown beyond the initial chip. Mr. Lee gave me some great suggestions and showed me the different tints on his own car -medium on the front sides, dark on the rear sides, and limo on the back window, and I liked the look so I went with the same options. He told me it would take a few hours but was done a bit sooner. It's only been about two days but so far everything looks great! He also said it came with a lifetime warranty but hopefully I won't need it. Thank you!

What a great experience…read more I had messaged Chance in regard to tinting my truck and got a QUICK & CLEAR response! We had agreed upon doing "Llumar Air-Blue 80" on the windshield & Stratos 30 on the front windows.. (highest end of tint quality they offer) Upon my arrival, i explained to Chance that i am VERY particular about having a balanced shade all around my vehicle, with the front windows matching the factory tinted rear windows.. Chance pulled out a tint-meter & the rear windows read 25% factory tint... "Llumar Stratos" offers shades in 15% or 30%... Not 25%... Meaning, my windows would be either a tad lighter or darker... My heart wasn't sold on this... Chance told me that 25% WAS available, but in the "PINNACLE" series (one step lower, & cheaper) that sounded like a B i N G O to me !!! Moral of the story, Chance did what would make the CUSTOMER HAPPY FIRST, instead of prioritizing his margins ... iF that doesn't win your business, then nothing will. Anybody talking bad on this shop or Chance is a straight GOOFY. Clean spacious air conditioned facility (chairs if u need to wait) with clean restrooms, with free bottled water... "Cleanliness is next to godliness"... Clean Facility = Clean Work... The Air-Blue 80 on the windshield is SO SO dope! its POLARiZED! its like wearing glasses without wearing glasses ... Lesson learned you truly get what you pay for. This was my third time coming back to Signature Glass Tinting and once again they exceeded my expectations. They have a new location (at least new to me) which it seems they leveled up big time. Ryan and Reese provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Ryan was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured and even got me in sooner than I expected. I went with 20% XPEL XR Black on my 2026 Mercedes AMG GLE 53 to match my car and the tint looks incredible. The color blends almost perfectly with the OEM factory privacy glass giving the vehicle a clean, factory-installed appearance. One thing I really appreciate is their pricing. The quote they give you is the price you pay no extra charge for using a credit card, no surprise taxes added at the end and no hidden fees. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about other tint shops I've used in the past. Installation took two tries on the windshield, but overall scheduling and installation was done in a timely and efficient manner. The final end result is a perfect installation, no air gaps, bubbles, and the heat rejection of the film itself is great, as expected. While not the cheapest quote I received, I think it is worthwhile to work with a reputable installer, as picking the wrong installer has cost me a lot more in damages in the past.

He really knows his stuff and answered all my questions. The installer did a fantastic job--super clean, smooth, and bubble-free finish. They knocked it out in just over an hour, right before closing time. My dad was thrilled with the result. Plus, the shop is super spacious and the waiting area is actually comfortable.
