My calls were always returned, I got a clear expectation of the process right from the beginning, 3) they did exactly what they said with no delays or excuses. Noel totally took advantage of our lack of knowledge of HVAC systems, sold us on this 95% efficient furnace that sounded great to people who didn't know anything about furnaces but we found out later through some professional second opinions it should have never been installed in our home in the first place. I'm pretty sure he just had a furnace he wanted to get rid of and sold it to us. The furnace crapped out 5-years later (I think because of his poor install) lucky the company sent us a new one under warranty, he installed the new one (charged us for the second install). On the second install he didn't install the drainage system right, blamed it on our drainage line, we had our drain pipes checked and sure enough... no blockage. Had to call out a different HVAC guy to fix the drainage system, turns out Noel just didn't install it correctly on the furnace itself so it had absolutely nothing to do with our drain pipes. Noel couldn't even figure that out, said he "wasn't a plumber"... well plumbing and drainage is an important part of HVAC so you are either total incompetence or don't give a shit about your customers and your quality of work. He also didn't install the ventilation pipe correctly so condensation was dripping down water inside the furnace onto wires! Took him 4 times to come out a finally fix it properly. And that was only after I had called the manufacturing company to get help and determine if he did the install correctly and Noel had the audacity to get mad at us for getting the manufacturing company involved (I have a voicemail from him to prove this)... what did you expect I was tired of having to keep calling you to come out and fix YOUR poor in stall!!!! Now we are stuck with a furnace that I hope doesn't crap put again in 5 years because we've invested thousands of dollars into this thing. I would not have used him for the second install but because we had bought the first one through him (only 5 years ago, furnaces are suppose to last multiple decades), he was the one that had to submit the claim for them to send a new one out under warranty which also took a month so we were without heat in between Nov/Dec. Our electrical bill of course doubled because we had to use space heaters. In summary... do not use this company/call Noel! Learn from our experience.
