So I called them to give them a chance to straighten it out and was told that I didn't get an email that wasn't us in a very rude way so I told him exactly ok then I'll review your trash company exactly as it is and hung up. Then he proceeded to try and call me 4 times back to back and I said stop harassing me and he kept calling until I blocked him! DO NOT use this company. If this is all before the install imagine the warranty issues! Run from them! Run fast.....
