I finally came to the point where I asked my agent if I could have my builder do a walk through. She informed me that the seller was out of town and would not do any business till she returned. My agent got the keys from Brook Mcnee the seller's agent at 2:00 pm. I had my builder walk through by 3:00 pm. He told me that he wanted to put some numbers together for me so I could decide on the purchase. I agreed "By the way my builder is also an agent at the same office". The next morning BEFORE I GOT THE CHANCE TO ACCEPT and after working the deal with my agent for 3 months!!! I get a call from my agent that the listing agent Brook Mcnee was dealing with the seller behind her back and the seller accepted a lower offer on the house before I could accept the deal that was offered to me. I called her to see why this happened and her answer was I had time to buy the house?? I can't tell you how pissed off I was at the rip off artist! In addition I find out she sold it to an "INVESTOR" that has purchased multiple houses from her office! NICE Brook Nice work!!! My agent said she wanted to pack her bags and quit because this was the 2nd time Brook did this to her? I'm going to file a complaint with the state to see if they can protect others from having something like this happen to them.
