I thought she was going to be fake because she comes across so sweet and kind. But she is a very genuinely caring person and most importantly a very seasoned broker. She was very accurate with respect to recommendations. We have sold many properties over the last several decades and would hire Banner Realty again. Don't take Margie's kindness for weakness though, I'll bet she even packs heat, lol! She is smart as a whip and doesn't miss a thing.

These Realtors for Banner commit fraud and they refuse to give property details which would reduce sale price. I.e. An oil pump next to your house and you have NO rights to the royalties OR capping/removal, also water well pollutant. 1. They put the prices too high and wont budge on offering. 2. They try to trap you into a contract, knowing the house is overprice and wont sell. 3. They lie and commit fraud by inaccurate drawn property lines, refusing official assessor reports. 4. Getting legal information from them was like pulling teeth. 5. They are extremely rude when you ask them why they are committing fraud. 6. They have no interest in the customers and will turn your property into a parking lot (hidden surface rights). On and on like this, this group at "Banner realtors" is likely to be sued for fraud. BEWARE!!!!! And AVOID!!
