But David spent his time to sit down, listened, gave a suggestion and advice what we should do.... Be honestly their work worth every single dollars. This is our first business build from scratch so we was really careful on financial things and their price is a little higher than different company. But hey! You got a triple back for what you paid for.! They go really detail on their work! Example: ( with pictures). - After I kept changing my mind how to set thing up which make the interior scratch and dirty, they end up repainted whole interior to make everything look perfect. - To paint around electric outlet, instead of just cover the outlet and paint, they remove it and paint then put it in again. - Instead of put the projector screen on top of the bar, they took time to build and custom stand for it. - instead of make the bar level, they make the bar tilt tiny degrees to make sure if there is liquid spill, it will not get into the wall. ..... Im pretty sure im missing a lot of good things during their work. We got a lot of compliments about how nice our store turned out out ---------- Now time for afterwork service! There is super tiny leak in the sink (2 3 drops aday) but im kinda picky guy so send them message to help get it fixed. Message sent 10:12Am. They came at 10:40Am. Get it done 10:50Am. Perfect! ---------- Thank you again David and his team for being honest and perfect builders

He was always honest about the properties we went to view and even found us more houses to view that weren't on our list. Hector was all about making sure we were happy and content with what were looking for. Hector made buying our first home painless as possible. Working with the VA Loan is usually known to be difficult. However, on the first ever bid we put out, we got the house! After all the paperwork went through, he didn't stop his work there. He checked on us periodically and made sure that we were comfortably settled in. I can't say enough good things about him.

The fabric is now shinny and stiff from where the chair was shoved against the pick up bed. Guess they got their money and have no desire for future business. Please beware.

My AC stopped working right after I had a baby, and I was left waiting until I was already moving out before anyone came to address it. The owner was charged for a clogged toilet that I had already unclogged myself. Then the move-out process became a complete nightmare. I did not receive the itemized documentation I requested within the 21-day period I expected, and I disputed the move-out date I was given. I also had serious concerns about information I was given regarding Nora's license. And when I called Tom, the owner/broker, to get answers, instead of helping resolve the situation, he was rude and hung up on me. Six years as a tenant and this is how I was treated at the end. I am extremely disappointed. I would think twice before renting from this company. Document every request, every conversation, and every charge.
