Beautiful home, but substandard renovations on what is clearly a hasty, poorly managed flip in which Mr. Lindsay holds a financial interest. Instead of politely declining or providing a counter, we were told "Do not delude yourself into thinking this is a starting point. I have no counter and all but zero interest in your client." We were shocked at this level of unprofessionalism and blatant rudeness. Beware if you work with this man. In further researching Mr. Lindsay, he has a clear history of overpricing homes along with questionable ethics and conduct. After forgetting an open house he had scheduled with me we had one showing. He then started harassing us to lower price over and over again and said it was our fault it wasn't selling . When I refused at one time he hung up! I was at a coffee shop and ran into an acquaintance and aired my frustration about Mr Lindsey and sure enough he heard about it and send us a very threatening letter ( I still have it) .
