Being our first home buying experience, we didn't know quite what to expect from the whole ordeal. The folks at Coolman Homes however helped us navigate through the process, and we have been highly pleased with our house ever since. The North Hampstead development is a bit different from most subdivisions in the area being founded around a small town concept. All of the homes are spaced close together giving the neighborhood a tight-knit community feeling. Most of the residents are either retirees or young families, so it's generally very friendly and quiet. But, if you're looking for big yards and lots of space, it's probably not for you. From the moment we first viewed one of the homes, we were very impressed with the quality of the construction and design. Coolman has a good reputation in the area and they live up to it with excellent workmanship in their houses. They back that quality up with an amazing 10-year builders warranty that comes with access to their exceptional customer service. Every one from Coolman we interacted with was so warm, caring, and friendly. Id you're in the market for a home in the Valpo area, this neighborhood or any from Coolman should be on your short list of buying options.
