Came to town to enjoy this beautiful historic old town and of course the castle and other buildings…read moreon top of the hill. This parking lot here is a perfect spot to leave your car when visiting. Just beside the main road. From here it's a picturesque walk through the village to the top of the hill. The parking lot is free of charge! That makes it popular, but on this sunday there were a few spots still available around lunchtime. But not many. The spots are big enough for SUVs as well. Some restaurants and bars are just located here, so there's always people around - a safe place to park your car. On the northwest end is a free public toilet as well, in case nature calls before you depart.
