Similar to McDonalds, food smells great...Basically a fast food environment with terrible waiters, if u want to feel rushed go here!!!!

This restaurant was so good we are there twice in one day! The day prior we ate at another Italian restaurant in town and we were a little disappointed. Not this place! For lunch we had the bruschetta and gnocchi. It was exactly what I had been craving. We returned with friends in the evening and enjoyed the salmon, roasted rosemary potatoes, bolognese and pizza. Everyone enjoyed every bit! The best pizza I have had in a long time. The crust tasted good and was perfectly cooked. I have to mention the wait staff at lunch and dinner were excellent! Very helpful and I was impressed at the number of languages one of the young ladies spoke. They all seemed to enjoy working there. That made the atmosphere very pleasant. read more

Trying to have an early dinner on Sunday is not a easy task. Couple places were closed although the site showed as open now. It was a busy outside where we wanted to be seated. It's a open seating and we were lucky to find friends who were glad for us to join them. The service was good and we got our order in reasonable time. The food was really good. Pizza "bianca" delicious and was complemented with insalata Greca really well. Overall it's a nice place. read more

What a mistake. My wife and I waited for a table for 45 minutes, during which time 2 larger groups that had arrived after us were seated at tables before us. The waitress lied to us because after we complained to the manager, he told us they wouldn't seat us at a table because the other parties were larger than us (not because they had arrived before us). Apparently this restaurant only cares about how much money they think you'll spend there - I've never seen a restaurant that gives preference to larger parties versus time waiting for a table. Terrible service plain and simple. Oh, and in all fairness we did not care to share a 4 seat table with a man who had been drinking wine by himself for an hour. Great food, great location, and great ambiance. Minus one star because you WILL leave the place reeking of onion even if you don't eat anything with onion in it. Went twice while on vacation in Kitz and it happened both times. A little inconvenient if you don't have a washer and dryer handy. read more

Horrific service. We've traveled around Austria for some time and have never encountered such rude waitresses. We opted to wait for a table outside and had drinks for 25 minutes. When a table opened up, it was given to a table of 2 adults and 3 children that had just walked up. When we asked the server why it wasn't given to us, she LIED and told us they were waiting inside. I was stunned. 5 minutes or so passed, and the same server asked us if we wanted to share a table with a single man drinking one glass of wine. I then asked the manager why we weren't given the table we had waited for, and he told us that it was a larger group, therefore, they would be seated first even though we had been waiting and already purchased drinks. In all my years of traveling and dining out, I have NEVER experienced something like that. We quickly paid for our drinks and left. Unbelievable. How disrespectful can you be to a paying customer??? Take your $$$ to a place that actually cares about customers. read more

Great and authentic Italian pizza. Very busy when we went in, but a short wait at the bar, and out table was ready.

We came to Kitzbühel for 2 days of skiing while visiting from the U.S. The food and relaxed ambiance were so wonderful that we actually came both nights we were there, and we almost never go to the same place two nights in a row. I had a delicious pasta dish the first night, and pizza the second - just what I was craving after a long day of skiing. We sat at the front of the restaurant both times - a little cramped but cozy, and the service was superb. My boyfriend liked this place so much that he chose it the second night... and asked me to marry him on the walk back to our hotel! We'll always remember Centro! read more
