After a few months, my orthesis were cracked and broken so I decided to come back because somebody told me I could repair them for a few 100$... I took an appointment and when I asked for repair, they tried to convince me that they couldn't repair these but that they could have me brand news for 400$ only instead of 475$ (what a big deal) I was a bit shocked and surprise but then,the guy said that I did not have those good quality ones at the beginning and that it will not happen again because now they are going to give me better quality. FINE! That is really convincing me ! Why don't you just gave me those at the beginning? HO ! yeah ! I understand now you guys just want my money! Avoid this place!

He ruined my life. He was hostile and mean during the forced appointment with him. He twisted my…read morearms behind my back sudden, like police do when they put hand cuffs to someone who is physically trying to resist arrest. It hurt a lot then and for months afterwards. I was shaking when I left his office. He ignored the X-Rays and wrote 12 legal size double sided pages of lies. He said there was nothing wrong with me. I couldn't move! If he wanted to cheat me out if my insurance and medical treatment, he could have at least recommended a position at my company with no heavy lifting. All my doctors' reports proved broken bones and herniated discs and the blood test showed the sed rate was through the roof which proves extremes pain. He tried to make me out as a malingerer. I lost my job, insurance and I ended up homeless. 7 years later I met a young woman at the hospital. We were there to see a microbiologist who found all the damage, had me have brain scans and a MRI. The microbiologist said the MRI was so precise he could tell me the date of the accident. In the waiting area to see that doctor, the woman and I talked. Dr. Godin, who her company made her see after a work accident wrote the exact same report for her. The only differences we're our names, height, weight, birthday, address, date of accident and date of report, names of the companies we worked for, the insurance companies' names. We were both in constant pain made worse by sudden poverty with ensuing malnutrition and the stress of the injustice, evil and corruption. It's hard to fight with no place to live, weak with pain. She lost her job and her insurance refused to pay for medication and treatments. It's years later still. I lost many teeth, including the front 2 years ago 2 because of malnutrition and grinding my teeth at night because of the anxiety this caused. My smile used to be my best feature. I can't face anyone like this and no one will hire me when they see me. I need help to walk down the street. Can't get in or out of a pool. He is a hired gun. I can't stand the never-ending years of pain, misery and poverty he caused. Rate mds had many revues about this person who "doctored" reports. The accurate reviews of peoples' horrifying experiences with him were removed. The last date of a review was 2007. I had printed the negative reviews before they were removed. There were many pages of negative reviews. It makes you have no faith in the reviews and worry that a doctor with many good reviews are lying for piles of gold. One of the reviews had a link to the registered EXPERTISE doctors and how much they earned that years just from EXPERTISE reports. I don't remember the amount, but it was obscene, in the millions! Lawyers use him to win their cases to cheat people out of recovering from the accident they sustained. Dr. Godin caused a multitude of people to die in misery and also ruined their families' and friends' lives. Dr. Claude Godin is pure evil! He should be in jail and his millions should be distributed among his victims - and quick!

I did my "suivi de grossesse" here - ie; one million follow up appointments while cooking my kiddo - and over time realized this group offers what was for me the perfect balance between midwives on the one hand and high medicalized obstetric surgeons on the other. I wanted a hippie goddess mother birth vibe with all the ressources modern medicine could provide and that's exactly what I got. Unlike some of my friends who did their pregnancy follow ups in other hospitals and clinics I was encouraged to have a birth plan and to bring in a doula - two simple factors that statistically increase a mother's likelihood of having a positive birth experience. I always felt like I was being educated and supported in my choices and never judged or bullied. In the end I ended up seeing 3 different doctors from this group during my longgggg and complicated labour and they were all these kind, powerful, wise women who we trusted immediately and with good reason. Our appointments were almost always on time or within 20 minutes (I had friends wait over 2hrs for their pregnancy checkups) we always felt like our doctor, though a busy badass, would take any amount of time required to answer our questions and make us feel confident before walking out the door - so key when you're a freaked out first time parent. And the reception were kind, quick and friendly. All in all, an amazing experience during a nerve wracking miraculous time.
