Their hours are horrible, their locations are cramped with little to no parking. They are just poorly run and bad from every angle. Clearly they have done zero investing into their buildings or software, they clearly don't think it's necessary to upkeep their end of things to provide a good end user experience to the client. They operate only from a "you have no where else to go so take what you get" mindset without any "hey maybe we should make this not suck" after-thoughts. There are much better choices around the area. My advice would be to go with one of them.

From the tellers to the loan officers, I always had such great service, and they really offered a full suite of online banking services for most of the years that I held these accounts. I've since switched over to a large, national bank in a metro area, and REALLY miss the personalized service I always got from CNB!!
