On paying the fees, which were very reasonable, I went to get my wife's car out of their yard. As a suspension mechanic I noticed right away that something was wrong with the steering. On inspection i saw that the left front inner tie rod had been bent. I went back in and told Sean who promptly called Mike (The Boss) who after seeing the damage, assured me that it would be repaired at no cost to us. Now I work on cars and know that towing one out of a snowbank isn't easy or fun. Mike might easily have told me "Sorry, but ". He did not and I can't say enough about how impressed I and my wife are with the professionalism and courtesy displayed by Sean and Mike and the Burstall Conrad organisation.

I was lucky I didn't need to pay for the repair because the damage was too great to fix it. The only downside was the price of the towing.... Easily cost 125$ to tow my car out of the driveway to the garage. I would recommend anyone to get Nathan if you can't find any companies good enough to tow your car. The guy is very friendly and he makes sure everything is okay before he leaves you.

If you get in an accident, CALL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY and have your vehicle brought there. No matter what benefits the tow truck driver tells you DON'T LET THEM TAKE IT to the "trusted" garage. I am an ex driver for centre ville and i will give them that they do respond to calls in a timely…read moremanner and most of the drivers know basics about towing , hold on to your hat cause if you have an accident in the area that they cover they will hound you to go the repair done at the body shop owned by the same owner of the towing company . and trust me they are relentless i have even seen one of the drivers go in the ambulance and try to get the business . the drivers get commission on the cars that they bring in . some advise if you have caa or any other towing company that you want to use and u have had an accident , get you car in way that it is not blocking traffic best thing put it in a parking spot or a private lot . the contract from the police says that if you are not blocking traffic you are not obligated to use centre ville ..
