I demanded CAA Towing my car from driveway to dealer they sent very poor unsuitable truck the left me hanging looking for someone to tow my SUV. Called them three times no hope. CAA is taking us for granted wanting the customer to be in their suitable condition to get help. I'm class 1 driver. I work with heavy machinery. It could have been done easy but carelessness from CAA personnel but me in hall day lost in finding towing front of my house. Imagine if your kids or loved once got stuck in this situation.
