I would say closer to drop out level. If the receptionist would have barked at me I would have had more respect for this woman. Attitude attitude attitude. Sarcastic remarks...How a governmental agency put such an incompetent person (and one who did not utter a word in English) in a position where the client is first greeted.. I'll never know... Hint... there are English people in Montreal... don't you think that a person knowing more than one language is a prerequisite for the job?. By the way... if you have a perfectly good car that you would like to use for the test drive... Be prepare to dish out $40.00 to rent a car. My car is just 2 years old and the hand brake wasn't good enough for the person conducting the test...Here's a little hint for you....RAISE the hand brake with a little force...IT WORKS...Probably didn't have his corn flakes and had morning sickness. Here's another hint...do some weight training, especially upper arm. When challenged that the hand brake does work...he got insulted, stormed out of my car, slammed the door.. and proceeded to walk back into the government building shutting the door behind us. He could of held the door open for us... after all, we came out of the same exit... We had to walk around the building to and come in from the main entrance again. Unbelievable....Disrespectful....ill Mannered....Impolite....Uncourteous working people here...I can't believe my tax dollars pays their salaries.
