I have only come here to play soccer however, so I cannot comment on the rest of their facilities (although they all look very new and well maintained). I also have never rented a field here on my own, so I don't know the prices, but I have come and played a couple of games here via Ligas Femeninas whenever our other usual fields have been occupied.
Regardless, they have 6 fields and they are all good quality turf fields for "baby" soccer. They also have good lighting for night games.
At Iván Zamorano, they have a club house where you can get something to snack on or drink (although it is cheaper to head across the street to the Jumbo) and they have a TV to watch games if you are waiting on someone to finish working out or want to catch the end of a game before you start your own.
They also have great quality changing rooms and bathrooms - super clean with toilet paper and hot water.
I have seen they also offer training and soccer workshops although unfortunately, I have only seen them available for men and boys.
