The doctor was also very confusing to communicate with during the consultation appointment, often saying things that didn't make sense and difficult to follow, which added to my frustration and made me even more uneasy about proceeding with treatment. I was also concerned about how he could set the machine properly without reviewing imaging to know where to target. Later, I confirmed with the manufacturer that the areas I was most concerned about are not even directly accessible by this machine despite being misled by the doctor into thinking that they would be, which made me distrust the information I was being given even more. In addition, I was told I'd have to pay over $5,000 upfront for a full treatment package, with no option to pay per visit or try a single session first. The office staff were also difficult to communicate with, often unable to give clear information about pricing or the equipment, and seemed frustrated when I asked questions to better understand the treatment.
