Travis is a joy to work with. He listens carefully to your concerns, asks thoughtful questions, and creates treatment plans that are both individualized and effective. I've lost count of the number of times I've walked in with severe TMJ pain and left feeling pain-free, relaxed, and at peace. A quick note to the 1 star review on here -- so sorry you had such a bad experience. I think they have major parking issues there between the commercial and residential properties that abut one another. I can nearly guarantee you that the person who treated you so rudely in the parking lot was not Travis himself, and should therefore not reflect on the business itself but rather on the horrible inexcusable experience you had on the way out. Anyways, I can't recommend this place enough!

After 6 months of chronic, debilitating foot pain I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis by an orthopedic PA. I wore a boot for 6 weeks, which eased the intense pain, but did not cure the condition. After accommodating my foot pain for an additional 6 months, I finally contacted Melanie for a reflexology consultation. Melanie put me at ease and reassured me that reflexology would help me get back on my feet and back to my active lifestyle. And it did!!! After just a couple of sessions, I noticed significant improvement. I met with Melanie every other week for a couple of months, but then was able to go on a maintenance plan of once a month. I now schedule a session once every 3-4 months to help maintain overall wellness. I have to admit that even if the reflexology didn't cure my foot pain, I would continue to schedule reflexology sessions for my overall well-being. Melanie is a highly skilled professional and I look forward to every session I book with her. And my foot is pain free!

After just one Rolfing session, my knee felt noticeably better and my whole body felt lighter throughout the day. What stood out most was how thorough and thoughtful Eric was. It wasn't just hands-on work--he also took the time to explain how my body was moving, showed me how to breathe into my ribs to create better mobility, and gave simple, practical tips for sitting, standing, and walking with better alignment. I left feeling both better physically and more aware of how to support my body moving forward. Looking forward to continuing sessions and would definitely recommend Eric to anyone dealing with similar issues.

She says "Yoga happens when your thoughts, intentions, and actions align" and I don't know anyone who seems to live that more fully than her. She tailors her Vinyasa classes to the needs of those present and she seems to offer just the right amount of advice and individual assistance while conducting class so naturally that you would think she's been doing it for decades - because she has. She can challenge you demonstrating arm balances and handstands with so much stillness, while keeping in touch with what it's like to have the needs of a humble beginner. I haven't known Sara and Benj for nearly as long but Sara's Ashtanga practice is really impressive and her knowledge of it seems very deep and nuanced, offering many alternative options for each part of the series. All of their bodywork offerings are loving and generous. They have gone for a more colorful studio look and they are still working out what schedule would best meet the needs of the community.
