After an estimate of 120 to 135 minute wait I had to wait over three hours for the tow truck to even arrive. (I am PREGNANT and waiting by the way). Once the tow truck arrived the man was hostile over the phone and rude, THEN there was a problem with my vehicle being taken to the wrong place (a residence instead of a car dealership.) When I called to clear up the issue, representative Angelina was extremely rude over the phone and spoke to me as if I was a child that didn't understand what she was saying to me. I'm very disappointed in this experience and hope they do better on other days.

Damage caused during tow - refusing responsibility…read more I used this towing company and during the tow process my vehicle's window was broken. The damage was not present before the tow. Since then, I've been trying to resolve this the right way. A claim was opened with their insurance, and I was informed their own insured (the towing company) has not been cooperating by providing basic documentation (vehicle registration confirmation), which is now delaying or blocking payment for the damage they caused. I have emails from the claims adjuster confirming that they are waiting on the towing company and that the delay is not on me. Despite this, the towing company has refused to take responsibility or make things right. Accidents happen--but refusing accountability and dragging things out is unacceptable. If you value your vehicle and expect a business to stand behind their actions, be very cautious before using this company. I will update this review if they resolve the damage properly.

Supreme Auto Transport was the carrier used by Peddle (a company who will buy your used car from…read moreyou, running or not.) They had made all the arrangements so I didn't have a choice of company to take away my old vehicle once it was sold. I was given about a 4 hour window for their arrival which they blew right past. Fortunately, I was able to get a hold of them via email and text and they were able to quote a new time window. They ended up arriving about 5 hours later than intended but the driver was apologetic and the transaction was smooth. Due to their lack of initial communication of their delay and the long wait time, I'd have to knock off a few stars. Overall, I wasn't the one paying for their service, so I can't speak to pricing. Service was good, once they did arrive. I wasn't on a time crunch that particular day of my pick up, but if I were, it would have been a larger issue. Things happen-suggestion is to better communication delays.

He ended up calling another AAA truck with a needed part. He worked on my car for about 1 1/2 hours. He was very polite and respectful about the situation I was in at the time. He calmly went over the alternatives...none of which were very attractive. I have ordered new parts and cannot use my security system (MDX) until it is repaired, but I got home safely....Huge thanks to Steve and AAA one of my favorite service organizations...just another example of consistently providing excellent service to the community....
