I left a bad review for Central Valley Fire Protection because I felt I was taken advantage of by being overcharged. The ladies in the office could have been more helpful and had a hand in me not being told certain details about how they charge. Surprisingly, I received a call from a regional manager concerning my complaint. She told me that the owners were concerned about how I felt about the service I received and how I felt overcharged. She wanted to know what happened, so I told her every thing that happened according to the service I received. She said that she was going to talk with the owners and inform the owners of what had happened. Two weeks later, I received another phone call from the regional manager with an apology from the owners and expressed that this is not how the owners conduct business. They were going to refund me 200.00 dollars because they, too, felt as if the ladies in the office overcharged me. The regional manager said they would talk with the ladies in the office and may have to conduct more training for them. I was delighted to be treated with concern by the owners of this company. It is only right to write the results of my complaint and let the customers know that there are owners out there that do care and are ethical. Sometimes they do not know how their employees conduct themselves, and it is up to us customers to inform the owners of the company how they were treated or if they felt they were being overcharged to give the owners a chance to make some corrections.
