They arranged accommodations at a Holiday Inn off the expressway 25 minutes away. They said there were several other guests who were also bummed. How does this happen? The Hotel Room rate at the Holiday Inn was $134 a night. I prepaid $353 for our reservation. Now they are refusing to provide a refund. We chose this Location because we could walk to the event we were attending. It was our 25th wedding anniversary, and we attend this event every year for our anniversary. We are celebrating and will be drinking and, of course, do not want to drive so we paid extra to stay downtown. We live an hour away and could drive home, but because we are celebrating, we made this reservation. We were over an hour late for our event. Our entire Night was ruined; I spent an hour online with Expedia. The Hilton did not treat us fairly or respectfully and did not provide comparable accommodations. They should be held accountable for negligence and provide a full refund!

The driver initially dropped us at the wrong location, requiring a return trip to the correct exchange point. As a result, we lost approximately 1 hour & missed our scheduled afternoon activity. We request a full refund for this portion of the trip. Chundu Island Our stay at Chundu Island fell below expectations: Limited and underwhelming activities. Repeated confusion regarding prepayment for Victoria Falls activities, despite prior confirmation. Significant ant infestation upon arrival, resulting in multiple bites (see photos) & ants on dining utensils. Two encounters with a bat in our room. Unreliable hot water, allowing effectively one shower per person per stay. Frequent boat operational issues, including collisions and a broken steering line, leading to modified excursions. CapeTown Dinner cruise was cancelled; we requested a full refund. Missed opportunity to hike Table Mountain despite favorable conditions. Our requests to arrange an alternative guide were denied, causing significant disappointment. Insurance We purchased travel insurance through Travel Insured Intl (Crum & Forster) for $1255. Ntaba did not provide the documentation needed to submit a claim for the 4 paid activities affected by cancellations & operational mishaps. Our travel advisor, Jodi Oechsle of Krafty Travel, never submitted the claim on our behalf. We request immediate provision of the necessary documentation and clarification on why the claim was not submitted. We acknowledge and appreciate that Ntaba provided a goodwill gesture of $500 in recognition of some of the issues experienced at Chundu Island. However, this goodwill gesture did not address the four paid activities that were missed due to cancellations or operational mishaps. We request a formal response addressing each concern, along with details regarding refunds & compensation.

We "checked off" Hollywood because that is where my conference was held. We spent a few days in the Sequoia National Forest then a few days at the beach! We feel like we were able to maximize our time because of the help Sarah provided and were confident because we knew she was there to help day or night.

Stayed at this Homewood Suites overnight on a Friday into Saturday. The two room suite we booked…read more(maybe on the 9th floor) had two bathrooms and straddled the corner with views of the river/downtown and a perfect view of the Mud Hens Fifth Third Field stadium. We parked in the garage behind the hotel overnight for $18. You can access the hotel from the garage and it was safe. The rooms, bathrooms and kitchen area were all clean. Lots of room 2 beds in each room for $300. We also hit up the gym while we were there and had breakfast included in the AM. The staff was friendly and kept the breakfast stations clean and filled. The gym was clean and had enough equipment to keep us busy with cleaning materials fully stocked for sanitizing. The front desk could have been friendlier. Everyone seemed uptight, rude and weren't personable. If your sharing a room this is a good spot. Walking distance to all the bars and restaurants along the river. I only interacted with the front desk to check in, but the rest of the experience was 3.5-4 stars. Thanks guys!

I have never heard of one single un-satisfied customer, whether they got their limit or not. Anytime the weather was not ideal, or the fish just weren't biting, everybody says that these guys will burn fuel to go to the ends of the earth, or to bring back fish. I made the mistake twice of going somewhere else, or recommending the suggestion of some other chowder heads. That was a big mistake. One I will never make again. "Thanx Tommy" PS. I never have been walleye fishing before and the end of the second day I felt like a pro. We had our limit both days and proceeded to catch perch till we were ready to head in. I would recommend Erie Drifter to all. (Only if you like to catch fish)!
