I'm guessing that has to do with proper planning when the facility was built. Prevailing winds were taken into account. But, the best part is the owner, Bill. He's always available and kindly offers help if needed. I had never backed a camper into a parking spot. With Bill's patient guidance, we got it done. Bill goes above and beyond to see that his customers are happy.

I've left countless voicemails/texts...Nothing. I felt it wasn't safe/secure there anymore, and moved out....they owe me money, and WILL NOT respond. Steer clear of this place...there are far too many storage facilities in the area.
