So, after reading the reviews I was really, really nervous. I booked a room that was selected as…read more"request" since it Easy Click Travel (ECT) noted that their allotment of the chosen room at this hotel was already filled. Well a couple days later my credit card was charged and I got an email stating my reservation was now confirmed. Since reading all these bad reviews, I didn't trust ECT so I called the Four Seasons Hotel myself directly to confirm if my reservation was in their system and confirmed. Luckily for me, it was and they found it under my name, with the correct dates and everything. I suggest you should book with ECT, and after ECT confirms your reservation to call your chosen hotel directly to see if they have your reservation in the hotel's system. If not, at least you have time to complain to ECT or book another hotel before arriving at the hotel / prices going up. In my case, I end up saving over 50% vs the hotel's website (paid $613.80 vs $1320.90 on the hotel's site and 8 other websites per Kayak that were equal or higher then the hotel's own website). Only 2 were cheaper then the hotel's website. The next cheapest site to ECT, which was Priceline, was only cheaper by about $60, so yeah, it was an unbelievable deal. Note: I booked in July 2017 for my Dec 2017 reservation. I haven't actually arrived for my reservation, but I have no worries as the Four Seasons already confirmed my prepaid reservation. I guess there is the possibility that my reservation gets "cancelled" but here's hoping it doesn't.

The customer service is horrible. Don't join. Their website doesn't list where the company is, no "contact us". You can't even file a complaint but talk to the staff that can't do anything but booking the tickets. Don't join.

Checking in went relatively smoothly, but once I turned the car back in the trouble started. I was charged by Budget for the rental car I had already paid LMT in advance for. When I called LMT, they indicated that they would reimburse me for any taxes that were included in my contract with them, but their stance was that I just pre-paid a portion of the rental car taxes and a $100+ fee for them to book the reservation for me. Obviously I found this unacceptable! However, that verdict was just from the person that I talked to when I called. Their actual customer support team that deals with fixing issues contacted Budget, then refunded my entire LMT Club payment. This was the correct outcome in this case, and in the end they did what was right. Will I use them again? Maybe. The deal will need to be really good to make is worth the possible problems. I'm not ruling it out though.
