I've had my drains cleaned several times since I've owned my house (40 years). They wanted me to make a claim to my insurance company for their employees damage which I wouldn't do based on my insurance agent's advice. It cost me $1,192.50 which included them charging me $160 for them to fix the pipe their employee broke. The owner Joe claims he came out to my house to discuss this, he has NEVER shown up. On 9/24 I received a text saying he would be at my house between 4:00 - 6:00 he never showed, he claimed he was at my house at 4:30 he wasn't. On 9/26 I received another text saying he would be here between 12:00 - 2:00, another technician showed up NOT the owner. They refuse to take responsibility for the damage their technician cause.

An hour or so after he left, I ran the water in the vanity sink and there was a noticeable leak. He said he would come back a few days later to take a look. He returned and tightened the connections. I again ran the water after he left, and again there was dripping under the drain so I asked him back again. He came back again and did some more tightening and said it should be ok now. I again ran the water after he left and there was still a drip. I then texted him saying that I would like a refund of $350 of the $1100 he charged because the pipes were still leaking and he had already claimed twice that the problem was fixed when it wasn't. He refused and then tried to gaslight me saying actually there was no leaking. So if you want a plumber who doesn't stand by his work, then this is the guy for you (My response to his comments): For the record, here is the text exchange between Brad and Me (and yes I did say "please consider giving me a refund because I don't want to give you bad reviews"--and that is a reasonable response on my part given that I received service that is below what the average person would expect [i.e. 3 visits by the plumber and the sink trap is still dripping]. (From Craig): Brad, The vanity is still leaking and I can't devote any more time to this project, therefore I am requesting a partial refund of the money you charged me. I think a $350 refund would be reasonable. Craig (From Brad): I disagree, the last 2 times I came over there wasn't even a leak. I really appreciated all of the thoughtful planning. I then received a very reasonable quote, given that it was a major project that would take an entire day. Bruce then arrived on the project day and knocked it out of the park. He did excellent work and kept me informed throughout the process. Really nice guy and great plumber. A few days later, John called me to check in to make sure everything was working okay. And then I got an invoice that matched the quote. Overall I could not be more pleased. Honest, professional work is hard to come by these days, and these folks delivered it. He gave me some troubleshooting pointers to try on my own first to see if it resolves the issue. FYI - Those pointers were spot on and my issue was resolved. For those other issues, faucet replacements, valve cartridge replacement, overflow flow repair, and hot water heater expansion tank replacement, he provided an overview of the issues, upfront cost for parts and labor.
