Here's what happened: I had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday at 8:30 AM. I showed up, waited, texted, and called. No response until 9:43 AM when he finally texted saying he had an emergency with his dog. Fine, emergencies happen. But he could have had the decency to send a quick text letting me know so I didn't waste my morning waiting. Still, I decided to give him a second chance because he apologized and offered me a free session. He asked if Friday at 8:30 worked and I confirmed with a thumbs up. So today I showed up again only for him to act completely surprised when I called. He claimed he never saw my thumbs up and that I didn't have an appointment. I had to send him a screenshot while we were literally arguing on the phone. His excuse? "I already apologized." Then he had the nerve to ask if I could come back at 6 PM, as if my time isn't valuable. I have NEVER dealt with such an unprofessional person in my life. Once could be forgiven. Twice is inexcusable. It honestly felt like a sick joke, like he was playing games. Yes, he refunded me, but that doesn't give me back the HOURS I wasted dealing with him. This was hands down the most unprofessional experience I've ever had.
