I gave them a copy of my card when I checked in, but apparently that was too much trouble to put into the computer...UGH! 1 1/2 hours of my time calling ROUNDTO FIND OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM IS, and I'm told I will get an updated bill in 30 days or so - BETTER NOT! I expect BCBS to reject the claim as untimely filed. I will NOT be responsible for the bill, trust me. I was an inpatient there several years ago and was mistreated so badly by an RN there I never went back. I thought their urgent care clinic would be different- nope.

I went here for my checkup, I was 15 minutes late but it was okay! As long as you are not 30 minutes late you can still go. The waiting room was spacious, comfortable, had a tv, reading section and some toys for younger children with free wifi! Dr. Castillo was very thorough with my examination and very easy to talk to. The nurse staff was had a positive attitude, nice smile and quick with the typical weight, height, blood pressure and temperature check up. After I left, they discharge you and give you informational paperwork about your visits and how to stay healthy. The women's bathroom was clean and well kept. Love this clinic and staff!

It seems very dated and could use some sprucing up to make it a welcoming place for children....at least in the areas we were in. Maybe some brighter paints and better lighting would help. That said the staff and Dr. Felix were great yesterday. I went with my niece for her daughters appointment with Dr. Felix. Her first appointment with him had not been such a great one. He was not friendly and had, according to my sister and my niece, been almost borderline rude. My niece was actually very scared to go see him again because he seemed to have little hope for her child the first time they saw him. You see, her daughter has a delay and while it is a significant delay she is progressing. I am very proud to say the visit yesterday was a huge, huge change from that. Dr. Felix was not only personable but he was very interested in my great niece and helping us get her into the next steps for therapy. Dr. Felix and his Assistant were both outstanding with the baby and with us as well. He took his time explaining what he would like to do and was very happy to hear what we had been doing as well as what we continued to do for the baby. I am really glad to be able to say it was a wonderful appointment and I will not dread seeing him in December at all! Just as with any other profession I am sure Doctors have days that are nto so great and so it is always good to give them another chance. This time that second chance was a huge win!

Ten minutes later a person came out with a piece of paper and said I had a upper repository infection and that it should pass and sent me on my way. I, at no time, seen a DR or set in a room other than the waiting room. I recieved a bill today for $1300.00. I called to get it itemized and it was $223.00 for labs, which is not a problem, but over a $1000.00 for my BP and temp to be taken! Needless to say I am HOT!!!!!!!!!!!!

The office is also super clean. It's just An all around great office to take your kids to.

I reported her and had her removed from working with my husband. The CNAs are ok. Some are trifling though. Ms. Laterral was magnificent. The food is disgusting! The company that provides the food says the menu was suggested by the higher ups. It's a total waste. The people are always hungry. I literally had to purchase breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. It's a decent facility overall even the doctors offices however some people still seem as if they are finding their way. No real structure. I had numerous complaints about minute stuff. The day shift was good but that night shift would make you hurt them especially the CNAs. They would bust in the room and turn on all the lights just to dump garbage or write on the dry erase board at 4am. People are sleeping. I would say if you have someone to be treated there, stay with them. It's not bad but it could be better. House keeping rarely came but it is because there is only one house keeper and she had death in here family plus a broken foot during my husband's time there.

I came here with my husband to get his Covid Vaccine today and the Receptionist were so nice and so was the Nurse that gave him the Moderna Covid 19 Vaccine so with the Moderna vaccine you get the second dose in 28 days after the first dose.
