I had the club orange membership which according to the waxing the city membership you can cancel via mail,email, phone, or in person. I called to cancel, and they said that it had to be done in person because they are independent and not corporate so do not get the membership with out knowing what hoops you have to jump through to cancel. When it comes to the actual waxes they were okay not nearly as good as I've had through European wax center, but sadly they are not a choice in my area. Would rather shave daily then deal with them monthly.

Whoever is answering the phone and taking appointments needs to realize that manners and having some enthusiasm for your job reflects on your voice. When you're rude and you sound like I just woke you up and when you say "yeah" and "uh huh" (try "yes" and "you're welcome" next time) it doesn't make me want to put my hair in the hands of a student, no matter the discounted price. You couldn't get me in on Saturday and honestly, I would have tried for another day but didn't want to with your attitude.
