There are cameras everywhere so I felt very safe. Craig the owner is very accommodating and helpful. I asked him tons of questions because I had a one month rental, was visiting for a few days and I needed to move things out very quickly. Their rates are great and I was happy to be able to rent for just one month. I met a few other renters that had rented for awhile and they all had good things to say about Craig and his responsiveness. Try them out!

I placed myself on the waiting list back in October 2023 and was able to secure a unit for the summer break. The front office manager is a pleasant lady who was helpful in answering questions and checking additional units to see what was available (larger than 5x5) when I thought we needed more space. The only downside is there is no online presence/website so I had to call each month and either wait for a call back or talk with the manager and give my card over the phone. Additionally, deposited are returned via physical check versus direct deposit. It's very old school system so please be patient.

Rented the larger unit online and the staff at Axess graciously pro-rated my rent on the smaller unit and applied it to the larger one, rather than forcing me to pay for both units. The staff were very responsive, the online tools to rent the unit were easy-to-use, and the overall cheerfulness and kindness of the staff were a great encouragement to me on what was a rather stressful weekend. I've rented from a number of storage units over the years, and I was very favorably impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the folks at Axess. Also, the storage units were easily-accessible, very clean and well-maintained. Five stars!
